Privacy Policy
TradeCal is designed for private trading-journal data. This policy explains the information the app processes to provide your journal.
Information processed
TradeCal stores your Sites identity key, display settings, trading-account preferences, uploaded broker statements, parsed deal and trade fields, balances, notes, and derived analytics. Original broker timestamps and converted local timestamps are stored separately.
How information is used
Information is used only to authenticate you, parse statements, prevent duplicate imports, build your calendar and analytics, and support exports and downloads you request. TradeCal does not provide trading signals or financial advice.
Storage and isolation
Structured records are stored in private database storage. Original PDFs are stored in private object storage. Every server request checks the authenticated user before reading or changing records. Broker account numbers are not used as identifiers or exposed in URLs.
Your choices
You may download or delete individual statements, export trades and daily summaries, delete all trading data, or delete your TradeCal account from Settings. Deleting a statement removes its imported trades and recalculates affected summaries and balances.
Contact
This prototype is operated through the Sites owner’s workspace. Contact the site owner with questions about access or deletion.
